We ship only to Continental United States plus Alaska and Hawaii (50 states)

Shipping Policies

We only ship orders to the 50 States (Continental U.S. plus Alaska and Hawaii) and cannot ship to U.S. Territories or internationally.
We cannot accept any Non-U.S. Method of Payment.
We cannot accept any credit card with a billing address outside the 50 U.S. States.
Most orders shipped same day if placed before 2pm EST.
We will charge you a $10 fee for shipments that are either re-routed after leaving our warehouse or are incorrectly addressed due to customer's error. Shipping labels are generated directly from the shipping information you have entered. If you provide us an incorrect zip code or other addressing error e.g. incorrect or missing apartment number you will be charged the $10 fee since the shipping company will charge us a fee for this correction.

Express Mail USPS (next day, some places second day) - $22.95

Return Policy

All sales are final. Exchanges are done ONLY if we ship wrong or defective items.

All exchanges require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please email us at return@mbdetox.com to obtain a RMA number.

We recommend you use a shipping method that is traceable so that your shipment will not be lost in the mail.

Please note that each order is checked twice before being shipped. We will be responsible for all the shipping charges if we ship the wrong or defective items.
